Two categories of accommodations are proposed, primary and secondary accommodation. The primary accommodation shall consist of 1 level villas with traditional design that may accommodate 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms, self-contained, located within the areas where the mangroves are retained, and shall cater for the very serious health conscious.
The structure will be raised above the ground on piers allowing the rooms to be set amongst the mangrove, water, and water’s edge. The building materials may be a combination of traditional and conventional. The villas shall be connected by boardwalk that will enable access to each other, and all facilities around the site. These boardwalks shall extend through, and meander in and out of the mangrove. The general surrounding to the complex shall be a combination of native and lush landscaping and water features.
The experience shall be like living in a traditional structure and surrounding, and a sense of connection to nature and the elements. Eco principles shall be implemented in these complexes.
The secondary accommodation shall be an integrated Eco experience, whereby various levels of modern facilities are provided to experience a fully resort living style in an eco-setting environment.
These resorts shall be linked to the seafood and organic produce farms, where the guest can be involved and experience the farming practices and participate in workshops programs.
Secondary accommodation options include Retirement Living integrated with the Eco development facilities to take advantage of features such as Retreats / Sanctuaries / Healing and Detox Centres proposed, and the many features available.
Restaurants, Community Health, Exercise and other ancillary facilities are located within an Eco apartment building, whereby are easily accessible from a standalone sperate villa or from within the apartment building as case maybe.

Secondary accommodation shall be apartment style living in small block of units, spaced apart in between lush green natural reserve and mangrove forest.
Restaurants and other ancillary facilities are located within. These accommodations shall be 2 to 3 storey and shall accommodate a typical hotel room studio layout and be a combination of luxury and backpackers accommodation.
The eco resort complex is separated from the rest of the development by dense growth of large mature trees that shall provide visual separation and appeal, privacy and noise control from outside the complex.
